All communication, estimates, and services are carried out in a professional manner, ensuring clear expectations between the client and our team. Every project is unique and evaluated individually to guarantee quality and transparency.
We provide initial cost estimates based on photos or written descriptions submitted by clients. Upon physical inspection, the estimate may be updated to reflect actual conditions or additional materials required.
Before any work begins, clients will receive a confirmation of pricing and approximate timeline. Approval of the estimate constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Payments are processed through secure payment links provided directly to the client. We accept standard online payment methods. Work typically commences upon receipt of full payment or deposit, as specified in the invoice.
All prices are in euros (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Late or failed payments may result in delays or suspension of service.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by notifying us via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that period may incur a service fee to compensate for time and scheduling commitments.
In the event of force majeure, natural disaster, or unforeseen equipment issues, CHALADA DECO reserves the right to postpone or reschedule appointments without liability.
We take extreme care with all entrusted items. However, due to the nature of restoration, we cannot be held responsible for hidden structural flaws, natural material deterioration, or previous damage not visible during inspection.
Minor color variations, grain differences, or subtle material shifts are considered part of the hand-restoration process and not grounds for refund or complaint. We warrant workmanship for 30 days following delivery, provided the item has been handled appropriately and not exposed to misuse, moisture, or improper chemicals.
Upon completion, clients will be contacted to arrange delivery or pickup. Delivery schedules depend on geographic location and may involve partner couriers. Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover of the restored item.
All text, photography, designs, and documentation on this website, as well as custom visual concepts prepared for clients, remain the intellectual property of CHALADA DECO unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of our materials for commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Personal data collected through booking forms or inquiries is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or distribute client data to third parties for marketing purposes.
